  • A handful of halved blueberries (other berries can also be used if preferred)
  • 1 glass of water

How to make Easy Coffee Yogurt Desserts: Quick & Healthy Recipes in Minutes!

  1. Start by adding the instant coffee to ½ glass of water, stirring to dissolve, and set it aside for a moment.
  2. Next, place the gelatin in a bowl, add ½ glass of cold water, stir well with a spoon, and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  3. Now, pour the Greek yogurt into a bowl, whisk by hand, add the stevia sweetener (or sugar, maltitol, or erythritol), and mix well.
  4. Integrate the coffee mixture, stir, blend with an immersion blender until many bubbles appear, then incorporate the gelatin (melt it first for a few seconds in the microwave) and continue blending until you get a smooth liquid consistency.
  5. Finally, place a spoonful of halved fresh blueberries in three dessert glasses, cover with two ladlefuls of the mixture, add more blueberries, another ladleful of the mixture, and some more blueberries until the glasses are full.
  6. Now, refrigerate your glasses for about 1-2 hours, then serve!
