How to make Creamy Yogurt Roll Cake:

1.Make the cake batter:

  • Beat eggs with salt and sweetener.
  • Add flour and melted butter, mix until smooth.
  • Gradually add milk, mix well.
  • Let rest for 10 minutes.

2. Bake the cake:

  • Line a 12×12 inch (30×30 cm) baking tray with parchment paper.
  • Pour in the batter and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 30 minutes.
