Chicken and eggs are an excellent source of lean protein, which is important for building and restoring muscle tissue, and provide important vitamins and minerals, such as vitamin B12, iron, and zinc, which are essential for overall health. 1. First, dice the chicken fillets, season with salt and pepper, mix with your hands and transfer to an oval glass baking dish greased with a drizzle of evo oil.
  2. Now break the eggs in a bowl, beat them with a hand whisk, add the cream, stir, add, herbs to taste, oregano, turmeric and paprika, mix, integrate 50-60 g grated Parmesan and stir to make a thick sauce.
  3. Having done this pour the sauce over the chicken, taking care to distribute it evenly, after which stuff the surface with the sliced tomato and a sprinkling of grated Parmesan.
  4. Finally put to bake in a preheated oven for about 20-30 minutes at a temperature of 180°C, when finished sprinkle the flan with chopped parsley and bring to the table.
