5-Minute Milk Ring Cake – Super Soft…

You won’t believe it, but this milk Ring Cake is really made in 5 minutes, without using electric whips, and it’s super fluffy!

  • 15g (1 tablespoon) baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 large egg
  • 200ml (3/4 cup + 2 tablespoons) milk
  • 90g (6 tablespoons) unsalted butter, melted and cooled
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

How to make 5-Minute Milk Ring Cake:

  1. You will need 2 bowls for this milk donut, in one bowl put the 00 flour, sugar, baking powder and pinch of salt, then mix the powders with a hand whisk quickly.
  2. In the other bowl, break the egg, then add the milk and melted butter. Then add the vanilla extract and mix with the whisk.
  3. Finally combine the liquids with the “powders” (i.e., flour, etc.) and mix with the whisk until all lumps are removed. Grease a mold and pour in the batter and bake at 175° for about 30 minutes in a static oven. Before taking your milk Ring Cake out of the oven, check it is cooked with a toothpick.
