COLD COFFEE CREAM just like the BAR one – 3 ingredients and NO SUGAR added…

COFFEE CREAM WITH CONDENSED MILK is a cold sweet cream, good and identical to the one they sell at the bar. I have tried several coffee creams, but this version is the one, which in flavor, comes closest to the original one, which we usually buy. You will only need 3 ingredients to prepare it at home, and it is without added sugar. The secret is the addition of condensed milk. This sweet, milk-based cream will tone down the bitterness of freeze-dried coffee and make it nice and sweet. The cream, on the other hand, will make it creamy and frothy. The other important aspect is that it can be stored in the refrigerator and also in the frezeer. Try it because it will surprise you! I assure you it is not bitter or cloying.

Ingredients :

  • 17.6 oz (500g) Whipping cream (sweetened, plant-based)
  • 6.2 oz (175g) Condensed milk (cold)
  • 6 teaspoons Instant coffee powder (soluble, like Nescafé)

How to make COLD COFFEE CREAM:

  1. Pour 4 tablespoons of unwhipped vegetable cream and the instant coffee powder into a small saucepan. Stir and let the coffee dissolve. You must obtain a mixture without lumps.
  2. Transfer the mixture to the gas stove and heat it for a few seconds. Afterwards, turn off the heat and add the condensed milk. Stir until the mixture is evenly colored.
  3. Let it cool in the refrigerator for a few minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, whip the remaining cream with whips.
  5. Add the cold coffee mixture into the whipped cream.
  6. Stir with a spatula, so that the Coffee Cream with Condensed Milk mixture does not come apart.
  7. Serve the Coffee Cream with Condensed Milk immediately inside small glasses, or store it in the refrigerator.
  8. To make the Coffee Cream with Condensed Milk even yummier, sprinkle the surface of each serving with bitter cocoa powder, peanuts, or chocolate frosting.
