Pan spicy Chicken Wings: cheap tasty recipe…

Spicy Pan-Fried Chicken Wings are very cheap because everyone wants the thighs or breasts but almost no one wants the chicken wings so butchers charge very little for them, sometimes as little as 2 or 3 Dollars per kilo and I assure you they are really delicious indeed, chicken wings prepared this way are juicy and very tasty, I love them and they are one of my favorite recipes.

Ingredients:

  • 1.3 kg (about 3 lbs) chicken wings (preferably free-range)

  4. Crush garlic cloves with garlic press (or mince) and put in a bowl.
  5. Add salt, paprika, chili powder, pepper, and 2-3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil to bowl. Mix with fork.
  6. Add tabasco and stir.
