Yogurt Nutella Muffins: quick and easy butterless dough with lots of fresh yogurt, real delicacies to enjoy as a snack or for breakfast. Super easy, these delicious yogurt muffins with a creamy Nutella heart, you prepare them without electric whisk, you only need a spoon for the dough. Ingredients for Yogurt Nutella Muffins:
- 3 eggs
- 160g (3/4 cup) sugar
- 125ml (1/2 cup) plain natural yogurt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 220g (1 3/4 cups) all-purpose flour
- 100ml (1/3 cup + 1 tablespoon) sunflower oil
- 1 packet (about 16g or 4 teaspoons) baking powder
- Nutella®, as needed
How to prepare Yogurt Nutella Muffins:
- Take a sheet of baking paper, place on top spaced, about 12 tablespoons of Nutella. Place in the freezer for half an hour.
- In a bowl put the yogurt with the sugar and work it with a spoon until smooth.
- Add the eggs, one at a time, mix well to blend them with the yogurt and sugar.
- Pour in the oil and mix again with the spoon, also add the vanilla extract.
- Now put in the sifted flour with the baking powder, with a spoon work the mixture until it is lump-free.
- Get the muffin cups, if you use disposable aluminum ones, you have to butter and flour the inside, if you use cara ones don’t.
- Fill the ramekins two-thirds full with the muffin batter, help yourself with a ladle or spoon. Take the frozen Nutella and put a dollop of Nutella in each ramekin.
- Quickly bake the muffins in a preheated static oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 15 to 20 minutes.
- Once baked let them cool; when serving, you can top them with powdered sugar to taste.
